IDIOMS WITH (IN IT TO WIN IT)

Hello everyone! Welcome to our second day of Idioms with "Win."

Today we are looking at the expression TO BE IN IT TO WIN IT

Definition: we use this colloquial expression when we want to express that someone is serious about winning or reaching their objective.

Example 1: I worked extra hard on this proposal. I'm in it to win it!

Example 2: I can't believe how hard he's training for the marathon. He's in it to win it

I think we can probably use this expression with virtually every Olympic athlete who is competing. Wouldn't you agree?

That concludes today's lesson. Thank you for reading! We will see you tomorrow.
