Today's expression is: SLEEP-DEPRIVED

Definition: Without sleep.

Example 1: The secret is not to go to sleep until you've written your words for the day. You might be sleep-deprived, but you'll finish your novel.

Example 2: We are new parents so we are very sleep-deprived

Example 3: I'm sorry I was so rude. I'm very sleep-deprived after my long flight.
