BLONDE-BRUNETTE (PHYSICAL APPEARANCE)

Hello again everyone! I hope you are having a great day. Welcome back to the Daily Vitamin and another lesson about words we use to describe someone's physical appearance.  

Today we present two adjectives that we use to speak about the colour of someone's hair.

Today's first word is: blonde

Meaning: Used to describe someone who has light-coloured hair.

Example 1: People in the north of Spain tend to have lighter-coloured hair. I met many blonde men and women in Asturias, for example. 

Today's second word is: brunette

Meaning: Used to describe someone who has dark brown or black hair.

Example 2: In the last three years, Jack, you have dated at least ten different women, and they have all been brunette. Do you have something against blondes?
