BUSINESS JARGON: HERDING CATS
BUSINESS JARGON: HERDING CATS: meaning and examples
Good morning everyone!
If you've read the lessons earlier this week, then you know that this week's theme is Business Jargon.
Today's lesson is quite funny; it's the expression: HERDING CATS
Definition: Trying to complete an impossible task.
Example 1: That meeting was ridiculous. Trying to get everyone to work together and listen was like herding cats.
Example 2: That training session was like herding cats.
Have you ever tried to herd cats? Me neither. But it definitely seems like it would be impossible!
Thank you for reading. Have a great day!
