BUSINESS JARGON: PAIN POINT

Happy Friday, everyone, and welcome to the last lesson for this week's theme: Business Jargon.

Today's lesson is about the phrase: PAIN POINT

Definition: A specific (and important) problem your business is facing. 

Example 1: Customers are complaining that they can't find some of our products online. That's a real pain point right now.

Example 2: One of our biggest pain points at the moment is shipping. The shipping company raised costs and it's affecting our income.
