CAMBRIDGE READING AND USE OF ENGLISH PART 4 (2)
CAMBRIDGE READING AND USE OF ENGLISH PART 4 (2): meaning and examples
Welcome back everyone. Today is day two of our Cambridge Reading and Use of English, Part 4 week! Remember... you don't have to be studying for a Cambridge exam to learn something or participate this week!
As a reminder, here's how Part 4 works:
1) You have two sentences. One sentence is complete, the other is missing words.
2) You must complete the second sentence so that its meaning is the same as the first sentence. You can use 2-5 words to complete the sentence.
3) One of the 2-5 words must be the word you are given.
Here is today's challenge:
Sentence 1: So that she would be ready for the exam, Sarah studied 5 hours each day.
Word: ORDER
Sentence 2: _____ be prepared for the exam, Sarah studied 5 hours each day.
Give us your answer on one of our social media sites (Facebook or Twitter) and we will post the correct answer later; we will also include the correct answer in tomorrow's Daily Vitamin email.
