CHANGE-4: meaning and examples

Good morning once again.

Today we finish our look at expressions with change as a noun or a verb.

Today's change expression is
: a change for the better / worse

Meaning
: a person, thing, situation, etc. that is better or worse than the previous or present one.

Example 1:
Her new boyfriend is definitely a change for the better!

Example 2:
He was feeling better, but yesterday evening his health took a change for the worse. He will probably be in hospital for at least another week.
