COMPLETE A 30-DAY CHALLENGE WITH ZIGGURAT!: meaning and examples
Welcome to the last Daily Vitamin post of 2014!
Yesterday, we looked at the video by Matt Cutts about taking a 30-Day Challenge. In that video, we saw that completing a 30-Day Challenge can help you make positive changes to your life.
We think that 30-Day Challenges can also be a great way to improve your English. That is why we are inviting our readers to participate in our Ziggurat 30-Day English Challenge. While we are taking a break from the Daily Vitamin posts during the holidays, we challenge you to find a way to practice English each day.
The idea is to find something very small to do each day to improve your English. Many of our students have participated in these challenges already. Here are some ideas that they have had:
-Learn a new phrasal verb every day
-Listen to a new song each day
-Read the headlines of an English newspaper
-Listen to audio books in English (5 or 10 minutes each day)
-Keep a journal (in English) of what you do each day
-Learn a new verb every morning and try to use it during your day
-Change your phone and Facebook and all other technology and social media to English
We would like to invite you to improve your English in a fun way during the next month, and we encourage you to share your challenge with us on our Facebook page:
