ECO-FRIENDLY WORDS (ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY)

Hello everyone. Welcome back to the Daily Vitamin. I hope you are doing well. 

Today we continue our look at "eco-friendly words;" that is, words often used when talking about environmental and ecological topics.

Today's word is a synonym of eco-friendly.

Today's expression is: Environmentally Friendly

Definition: not harmful to the environment.  

Example 1: Lately I have been using environmentally friendly detergent in the washing machine. It's a little more expensive, but it's good for the environment.  

Example 2: It would NOT be very environmentally friendly to ask all of the students to print out their 100-page guidebook. Why don't we just send them the digital version in PDF?
