EXPRESSING YOUR OPINION: FROM MY PERSPECTIVE

Hello everyone. Good morning / afternoon / evening, depending on when you are reading this. Welcome back to the Daily Vitamin.  

Today we look at another common phrase that we can use to express our opinion. 

Today's opinion phrase is: from my perspective

Like yesterday's phrase (in my humble opinion), this phrase is used right before we want to give someone our opinion or, in this case, a new perspective. The good thing about yesterday's phrase and today's phrase is that you are not attacking the person or their ideas, you're just presenting an alternative...another perspective or opinion. 

Example 1: It was a challenging decision, but from my perspective, it was the right one for our long-term goals. 

Example 2: From my perspective, the key to a happy life is finding a balance between work and leisure.
