Today's word is: BROOMSTICK

Definition: a broom made of sticks

Sentence 1: In many children's books, it's common for witches to be shown riding broomsticks.

Sentence 2: When I was a child, my favourite film was The Wizard of Oz; I remember being very scared of the wicked witch when she flew in on her broomstick.
