EXPRESSIONS WITH 'ALL'-1: meaning and examples

The simple English word all (todo, completamente) is used in a lot of interesting expression in English. This week we will review some of them.
Today's first expression is: all in all
Meaning: when everything is considered (después de todo). Other expressions that mean the same are on the whole and altogether.
Example 1:
Despite some difficulties, all in all the fundraising event has been a great success.
Example 2:
All in all, I'm very sorry it happened.
Today's second expression is: and all that jazz (informal)
Meaning: etcetera; and other similar things.
Example 3:
He knows a lot about history, dates and battles and all that jazz.
Example 4:
Hello John. Merry Christmas and all that jazz.
