Today's lesson is about the expression: BLOOD RUNS COLD. 

Definition: An intense feeling of fear, panic, or horror. 

Example 1: He turned and saw the face of the killer. His blood ran cold. 

Example 2: When she opened the letter, her blood ran cold. It was from her missing father. 

Example 3: My blood runs cold every time I hear his name.
