EXPRESSIONS WITH ‘SWIM’ (MAKE ONE'S HEAD SWIM)

As you know, this week we are looking at expressions with the word SWIM in them.

Today's expression is: Make one's head swim

Definition: To make someone feel confused, dazed, or bewildered.  

Example 1: He was so overwhelmed with information on his first day on the job that it was making his head swim. 

Example 2: Looking at all the legal language in these contracts always makes my head swim.
