FOOL EXPRESSIONS (TO PITY THE FOOL): meaning and examples

We are continuing our Fool Expressions with the idiom TO PITY THE FOOL.
Definition: An expression used when one feels sorry for someone else.
Example 1: I pity the fool who has to clean up after this party.
Example 2: This history book is so boring. I pity the fool who has to read it for class.
