GERUND OR INFINITIVE? (LISTEN)
GERUND OR INFINITIVE? (LISTEN): meaning and examples
Happy Wednesday, everyone!
Today we are continuing with our Gerund vs. Infinitive week. Each day we give you a sentence with a verb missing and ask you to complete the sentence with either a gerund form of the verb (-ING) or an infinitive with TO.
Here is today's challenge.
Sentence: I enjoy _____ (LISTEN) to classical music when I study.
Which do you think it is? TO LISTEN or LISTENING? Give us your answer on one of our social media sites (Twitter or Facebook) and we will post the correct answer later; we will also include the correct answer in tomorrow's Daily Vitamin email.
Good luck, and thank you for participating!
