This week we are celebrating Halloween, a holiday that is celebrated in different ways in different countries. We will look at Halloween Vocabulary this week. Today we are learning the verb TO SPOOK (someone/something).
Definition: To scare someone or something.
Example 1: I don't like these Halloween decorations. They really spook me!
Example 2: The house at the end of the street always spooked my sister when she was little. It looks like it's from a scary movie.
Example 3: My brother wore a mask and spooked my dog.
