HOLIDAY VOCABULARY: FESTIVE: meaning and examples

For the month of December we are featuring holiday-related posts. Today we are looking at the adjective FESTIVE.
Definition: relating to a festival or celebration, especially Christmas.
Example 1: Your decorations are beautiful. Everything looks so festive!
Example 2: The city square looks so festive with all the lights.
Example 3: I baked cookies, made Christmas cards, and am listening to holiday music. I feel very festive today!
