Definition: to annoy someone to the point that it makes them crazy.
Example 1: It drives me up the wall when my neighbour plays his music late at night.
Example 2: This dog has been barking all day. It's driving us up the wall!
You can also say something DRIVES ME CRAZY or DRIVES ME MAD.
