This Friday is Valentine's Day. To celebrate this holiday of love, we are learning five Idioms with the word HEART in them this week.

Today's idiom is: TO NOT HAVE YOUR HEART IN IT

Definition: To not feel emotionally invested in something. 

Example 1: I played the piano for years, but I recently stopped. My heart was not in it

Example 2: I can't finish this book. My heart isn't in it anymore. 

Example 3: He broke up with her because he said his heart wasn't in it anymore.
