Today we are continuing our Idioms-with-the-word-HEART theme. Today's idiom is really just a compound-word adjective, not exactly an expression. It is the word LIGHT-HEARTED.

Definition 1: Amusing and entertaining. 

Example 1: When I am sad, I watch a light-hearted movie or TV show. 

Definition 2: Cheerful or carefree. 

Example 2: She used to be so light-hearted, but now she's working too much, so she's stressed and a little sad.
