LET'S THINK IT OVER
LET'S THINK IT OVER: meaning and examples
Hello again, everyone. Welcome back to the last Daily Vitamin lesson of the week.
Finally... it's Friday and for one last time, we present two more English phrases that we can use to express doubt or uncertainty.
Today's 1st phrase is: I'm hesitant to...
Example 1: Look, I understand that you are in a hurry; but I'm hesitant to make a decision without more information. Can you please call the supplier and ask for an updated version of the price list?
Today's second phrase is: Let's think it over
Example 2: We have a lot of great candidates to fill the position of Marketing Director. Let's think it over before making a final decision about who we are going to hire.
👉 This is your last chance, this week, to write one or two original sentences using phrases for expressing doubt. Please share your sentences on one of our social media sites (Facebook or Bluesky) and we will give you feedback about them ASAP.
I hope the rest of your day goes well and that you have an excellent weekend.
All the best!
