LOOK EXPRESSIONS-1: meaning and examples

This week we are going to look at some common English expressions that use the verb look in them.
Today's first expression is: to look after yourself, somebody or something
Meaning: to be responsible for or to take care of somebody or something.
Example 1:
She needs someone to look after her dog while she is in England for a job interview.
Example 2:
Don't worry about me... I can look after myself!
Today's second expression is: to look ahead
Meaning: to think about what is going to happen in the future. To anticipate.
Example 3:
Most people are looking ahead to the end of the crisis.
Example 4:
They are looking ahead to a new era in US politics.
