MOTHER VOCABULARY (TENDER)

Good morning / afternoon / evening everyone, depending on when you read this. I hope you are having a good day. Welcome back to the Daily Vitamin.  

As you know, this week we are celebrating Mother's Day by looking at words that are traditionally related to mothers and maternity. 

Today's word is: Tender

Definition: Gentle, loving or kind.

Example 1: I fell in love with her the first time I met her, probably because of her tender look and smile. After more than 25 years, I still love that tenderness.

Example 2: After a very long and tiring day at work, she was happy to receive some tender, loving care from her partner.
