PHRASAL VERBS WITH 'ACT' (ACT OUT): meaning and examples

Hello again everyone and happy Friday! Welcome back to the Daily Vitamin

Today is our fifth and final lesson about phrasal verbs that have the word ACT in them.

Today's ACT phrasal verb is: To act out

Definition: to behave badly because you are unhappy or upset, often unconsciously. 

Example 1: These children act out because they have lots of problems in their lives.

Example 2: I got tired of Mike constantly acting out on me, so I ended our relationship.
