SUGGESTION PHRASES: YOU MIGHT WANT TO.: meaning and examples

Happy Friday everyone and welcome back to the Daily Vitamin. I hope you are having a good day, and I hope you have had a good week.

We’re ending the week with two final phrases to give suggestions.

Today's phrases are: "Let’s try…" and "You might want to…

Meaning / Use "Let’s try…": This phrase is friendly and motivational. It encourages teamwork and a positive attitude between colleagues.

Example 1: The website isn’t working. Let’s try restarting the router.

Meaning / Use: "You might want to…": This is a polite way to give advice or make a suggestion without sounding pushy.

Example 2: You might want to back up your files before installing the update.

Example 3: You might want to check the weather before heading to the mountains.
