This expression is a bit old fashioned (anticuado), but it is sometimes seen in newspapers and magazines. For those of you who speak Spanish, a possible translation would be "hablar por los codos".
Meaning: to talk a lot without stopping.
Example 1:
She was talking a lot without stopping, nineteen to the dozen.
Example 2:
Talking nineteen to the dozen, she told her husband what had happened to her after the concert; her husband listened carefully to the amazing story.
