Hello readers! Today we are completing our final Tense Tuesday about ADJECTIVE PREPOSITION combinations. We have looked at adjective WITH, adjective OF and adjective TO combinations. Today we are looking at ADJECTIVE ABOUT.
Here are some adjectives commonly followed by ABOUT.
anxious ABOUT
Example 1: I'm anxious about my test next week.
concerned ABOUT
Example 2: I'm concerned about my friend. She seems depressed.
excited ABOUT
Example 3: Are you excited about this weekend?
happy ABOUT
Example 4: He's not happy about this new company policy.
worried ABOUT
Example 5: Are you worried about me?
