TENSE TUESDAY: WORDS USED WITH PRESENT PERFECT (JUST): meaning and examples

We often use the Present Perfect to express things that we completed very recently. For these situations, we often use the word JUST for emphasis.
We place the word JUST in the same place in affirmative Present Perfect sentences.
HAS/HAVE JUST PAST PARTICIPLE
Example 1: I've just finished the report. I'll send it to you now.
Example 2: They have just arrived from the airport two minutes ago.
With JUST, we are expressing that something has been completed VERY recently .
That's all for today. Now that you have JUST read this lesson, do you have any questions? Ask us on our Facebook page.
