Today we are looking at how to close an email. In both formal and informal writing, you should always thank the person before closing the letter.
Example 1: Thank you (again) for your time.
Example 2: Thank you for contacting us.
If you want them to reply to your email, you can say this in your closing.
Example 3: Thank you in advance for your reply.
Example 4: Thank you for providing the requested information.
Example 5: I am looking forward to hearing from you.
If you know the person well, then you can use these informal closing sentences.
Example 6: I hope to hear from you soon.
Example 7: Looking forward to your reply.
Example 8: Have a great day.
As you can see, there are many ways to conclude business emails. These are just a few examples. I hope you find them helpful.
Until tomorrow, have a great day!
