Today we look at another slang word, this time a verb.

Today's slang word is: to bail

Meaning: To leave suddenly or abruptly.

Example 1: Sorry, I have to bail. I have to get up very early tomorrow.  

Example 2: As soon as the baby was born, Mary's husband bailed on her. He left without any explanation. He just disappeared.
