Good morning, Daily Vitamin readers! Welcome to another lesson.
We are continuing with our theme for the week: Vocabulary with the word FATHER.
Today we are looking at the term: GRANDFATHERED IN
Definition: A person or group not covered by a new law or policy because of a "grandfather clause," which is an exemption from the new rule or policy. The group or person can continue to operate under the existing set of regulations; new rules will only apply to future cases.
