Today's travel-related question is: WHAT TIME DOES THE NEXT TRAIN TO MADRID LEAVE?

Meaning: This is phrase we use to ask about schedules (departure times) of trains, busses, planes and other forms of public transportation. We normally use this type of phrase when we are at the train station, bus station, airport, etc. That is, when we are speaking with someone who we think might have the answer we are looking for.

Example 1:
Pilar: Good morning. I have a question. 
Clark: How can I help you?
Pilar: What time does the next plane to New York leave?
Clark: In 90 minutes. You have plenty of time to arrive. 

Example 2: 
Jay: Hello. Excuse me. What time does the next bus to Valencia leave? 
Linda: I'm not sure, but if you look on that screen over there, you're sure to find the information you are looking for.  
Jay: Thank you very much!
Linda: You're welcome. Have a good trip.
