WORD FORM CHALLENGE: POWER

Happy Monday to you all! How was your weekend?

This week's lessons will be fun, I hope. We are calling it the Word-Form Challenge. We are giving you one word and you must use this word to complete three different sentences. You will have to use a different form of the word for each sentence. This means you might have to add suffixes or prefixes. You also might have to change the word into a noun, adjective, adverb, etc. 

Today your word is POWER. Can you think of three different forms of the word POWER to complete the sentences below?

Sentence 1: There was nothing we could do to stop them from destroying the old, historic building. We felt ______.

Sentence 3: How can we _____ today's youth?
