You can use the following words to describe the people at your job.
Word 1: Officemate
Example 1: I really like my officemate, George. He is very friendly.
Word 2: Co-worker
Example 2: I ride the train with my co-worker because we are also neighbours.
Word 3: Peer
Example 3: When I present to my peers, I get really nervous.
Word 4: Colleague
Example 4: One of my colleagues studied with me at university.
The words officemate and co-worker are more informal, while peer and colleague are more formal.
