WORDY WEDNESDAY: 'QUIRKY' ZIGGURAT BLOG POST: meaning and examples

Hi, readers! Today's Wordy Wednesday is inspired by an awesome Ziggurat Blog post by one of our students in Madrid, Santi.

Santi wrote a review of the show "Silicon Valley." In it, he uses the word QUIRKY.

Definition: having peculiar or strange traits.

Example 1: This cafe is fun. The decor is a little quirky; on the walls, they have pictures of rabbits wearing hats!

Santi used this word in the following way.

Sentence: "We will meet quirky people along the way, a group of social misfits..."

Thank you, Santi, for your wonderful review. We are so glad that you enjoyed this show about life and business in Silicon Valley!
