WORDY WEDNESDAY: TO BE MADLY IN LOVE: meaning and examples

Hello everyone! How is your week going? Hopefully it is going well!

Valentine's Day is coming soon, so on today's Wordy Wednesday we are looking at an expression for romance: TO BE MADLY IN LOVE

Definition: to really love someone (so much that it almost makes you crazy).

Example 1: We are madly in love. We are going to Las Vegas to get married.

Example 2: I got married very young. We were madly in love

The word mad seems negative, but to be madly in love is generally a positive thing: love can make you crazy...sometimes, in a good way!
