Definition: experiencing something through another person.

Example 1: I love your vacation photos. I felt like I was visiting Rome vicariously!

Example 2: My father wanted to be a doctor. Now, he's pushing me to become a doctor. I think he's trying to live vicariously through me.

Example 3: Send me photos so I can vicariously be at the party while I'm working!
